Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on the Stavya Maison website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Stavya Maison is a luxury womenswear brand operating in India. Our website is stavyamaison.netlify.app. For any queries, contact us at info@stavyamaison.com.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a reference ID. Please save this for any future correspondence.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Each Stavya Maison piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 15 working days for delivery from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹4,999. A shipping charge applies on orders below this threshold.
- We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. A tracking link will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
- To initiate a return, email us at info@stavyamaison.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and reason for return.
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
- On receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other returns, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
5. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@stavyamaison.com.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Product Descriptions & Colours
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, due to variations in screen calibration, actual colours may differ slightly from what is displayed. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Stavya Maison. No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stavya Maison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage customers to first contact us directly at info@stavyamaison.com to resolve any issues before initiating legal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
